It's April 6, 2004. I have been transferred to Miri for the Miri Crude Oil Terminal Rejuvenation Project. Since Sept 2004. Long story, but I think my current challenge is to cure tinnitus in the left ear, which started on March 23, 2004. Possible causes: 1) Poor diet 2) Poor exercise 3) Stress 4) Depression 5) Feeling of guilt and worthlessness 6) Long working hours in poorly ventilated office 7) Noisy high pitch computers in office 8) Too much backpressure from incorrect trumpet playing technique 9) Trumpet practice in enclosed room 10) Virus that went around office 11) Incomplete dose of antibiotics
